VISIT FLORIDA Launches Tools to Showcase Florida Meeting Destinations

By on August 26th, 2014 — 9:24am

VISIT FLORIDA’s Meetings team has recently launched two new publications – the Florida Meetings magazine and Florida Meetings eNewsletter – that provide ideas, inspiration and resources for hosting vibrant Florida meetings and events.  The focus with these products is to give meeting professionals the assistance they need to ensure attendees have a memorable stay and an exciting experience, while highlighting the unique reasons to host their meetings and events in the Sunshine State.

Florida Meetings is a compelling, comprehensive and targeted piece designed in an enticing magazine style that assists meeting professionals in selecting the perfect Florida destination for conferences, corporate incentive activities and sporting events.  The magazine, produced in partnership with Collinson Media, is being distributed at ten domestic and international meeting planner conferences and trade shows, as well as five VISIT FLORIDA Very Important Planner events, between April and November this year.  To further expand the reach, beginning in September, an online version will be featured on FloridaMeetings.com.

The Florida Meetings eNewsletter, a quick synopsis of our latest news and information, is being sent to more than 80,000 meeting planners across the U.S.   The next edition of the eNewsletter will go live later this week, and will be followed by more editions in September, October and November this year.  This marketing tool, which is fully responsive on all mobile devices, offers VISIT FLORIDA’s Industry Partners a variety of advertising and promotional options tailored for destinations, properties and service providers.

For more information on participation in the eNewsletter or distribution of the Florida Meetings magazine, contact Kimberly Faulk, VISIT FLORIDA’s Vice President of Domestic Sales, at 850-205-3815 or kfaulk@visitflorida.org.
