I am pleased to announce that the 2016 VISIT FLORIDA Magazine and Official Florida Transportation Map are now available at the Official Florida Welcome Centers.  The magazine serves as VISIT FLORIDA’s premier travel planning publication providing information on destinations throughout the state, attractions, accommodations, shopping and dining, and informative articles and images to inspire our visitors.

The Official Florida Transportation Map, produced in conjunction with the Florida Department of Transportation, is the No. 1 requested publication in our Welcome Centers.  An addition to the Florida Map this year is a listing of our new VISIT FLORIDA Certified Travel Information Centers.  The Certified Travel Information Centers received both an information icon at their location, as well as a legend on the map providing contact information.  CTIC certification brings VISIT FLORIDA recognition to Visitor Services facilities around the state, providing these facilities and their staff with benefits that enable successful promotion of travel to and throughout Florida.

Hard copies of both the 2016 VISIT FLORIDA Magazine and Official Florida Transportation Map are not only distributed to consumers at the Official Florida Welcome Centers, but are also available by visiting VISITFLORIDA.com/guides  or by calling 888-735-2872.  Tourism organizations who wish to provide the publications to their visitors are invited to place bulk orders at visitflorida.org.  Current bulk shipments of the guides will begin being fulfilled February 1, 2016.
