Sunshine Matters

VISIT FLORIDA recently returned from World Travel Market (WTM), the leading global event for the travel industry.  WTM is a vibrant, must-attend business-to-business event presenting a diverse range of destinations and industry sectors to the United Kingdom and other international travel professionals.  This year, the show attracted an estimated 52,000 senior travel industry professionals, government ministers and international press at the ExCel Exhibition Centre in London. The United Kingdom is ranked third in international visitation to Florida with more than 1.6 million visitors coming to the Sunshine State in 2013, a 5% increase over the previous year.  With this in mind, VISIT FLORIDA continues to show a huge presence in the UK by participating in the 2014 World Travel Market (WTM) and coordinating two additional events around the show.
