Sunshine Matters

Attendee registration for the 46th Annual Florida Governor’s Conference on Tourism is now open.  This year, VISIT FLORIDA’s signature event and Florida’s premier educational conference for the tourism industry, will be held September 11 – 13 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort in Orlando.

Hosted by VISIT FLORIDA, the Florida Governor’s Conference on Tourism provides an opportunity for all members of the Florida tourism industry to network with fellow travel professionals, learn more about participating in VISIT FLORIDA’s wide range of programs and hear from industry experts and keynote speakers about their proven, hands-on strategies for increasing business.

The schedule of events for 2013 is filled with expert speakers, panel discussions and in-depth breakout sessions.  We are especially proud to present keynote speeches by Governor Rick Scott, Morten Hansen, Brian Solis and Jonathan Tisch.  The program will also feature a panel discussion with industry executives Chris Thompson, Roger Dow, Christine Duffy and Will Seccombe.  This year’s break-out sessions are equally stellar, with session leaders coming from expert companies such as BridgeWorks, MMGY Global, Tourism Economics and many, many more.
